What I am reflecting?
Work is so much more FUN when you’re collaborating with people you enjoy.
As you may know, I’m a software engineer—a passionate learner and teacher. I love creating equal learning opportunities for others, whether in my organization or my community.
There’s a deep sense of JOY in this work. It’s fulfilling to see customers build world-changing technology that improves lives. And it’s heartwarming to watch people I’ve taught grow more resilient in facing life’s challenges. I love it deeply.
Looking back over the years, I’m grateful for the like-minded people I’ve met—exploring Artificial Intelligence together and learning ways to better support our work and customers.
I’m also incredibly thankful for the 10:10 Book Club—not just for the impact on our company, but for the friendships built with fellow committee members and readers.
Then there’s HPCC Coaching, where I get to connect with amazing executive members. I often tell myself, “Wow! These people are incredible.” They give their time to support new coaches and bring coaching to both teachers and students. I’m so glad to be on this journey with them.
Just this week at Min Sin school, I saw the current HPCC executive team in action. They’re genuinely supportive of each other. It made me happy to be part of the mission—bringing coaching not only to our company but also to school teachers.
I saw the teachers smiling, laughing. They were having fun too.
I’m truly grateful for these people—for the learning, the growth, and the opportunities we create for one another.
