The One Mindset Shift

What I am reflecting?

I recently stepped onto the stage and gave a talk. Looking back, I realize there are many things that have changed.

I felt more confident.
I felt more composed.
I felt grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and to help the people listening to me become better versions of themselves.

I asked myself, what’s different between then and now?

One thing that has changed is my intention. In the past, when I presented, my focus was on being good, making sure I was well-received, avoiding embarrassment, and looking smart.

But actually, I don’t need to. At the end of the day, when I’m gone, no one in this world will remember those things.

Now, I walk onto the stage with only one intention: “To help as many people as possible to better their lives today.”

That means focusing on them—making sure everything I say connects to the points I’m delivering, structuring my sentences to be as simple as possible, and, most importantly, sharing insights that make them think differently. Because when they think differently, they act differently.

Whether the outcome is for better or not, at least they have tried to experience it.

So, what’s your intention when you opened this and started reading?

I hope my sharing and experiences inspire you to be better as well.

Quote I’m pondering

When there is growth, changes are automatic. If I fear change, how can there be growth?

Affirmation I used

Positivity is a choice. I choose to be positive.
