What I am reflecting?
Remember. You are going to die!
I was listening to Gary Vee, one of the top social media marketing experts. He was once asked, “Gary, what’s the one piece of advice you would give before you die?”
He said, “Remember that you are going to die. Don’t worry, and make the best out of your life.”
It’s true. When I look back at my life — at the time that has passed — I feel happy. Happy that I went on vacations, spent time by myself, and cherished moments with my family.
I also struggled with managing my energy — finding time to record, edit, and publish my YouTube videos, and still make space to connect with people I love. All of that takes time.
However, some of these activities are deeply meaningful because, at the end of the day, they’re what I cherish the most. As Gary said, at the end of the day — yes, at the end of your day — nothing really matters, because you are going to die.
So today, if you’re thinking about how to spend your time, spend it on what brings you joy and fulfillment. I’m not saying don’t work — work can be fulfilling too. Just do your best in whatever you choose to do.

I often see my coachees’ faces light up with a sense of accomplishment when they leave a coaching session — feeling aligned and committed to the actions they plan to take. The actions they choose may or may not be the ultimate solution.
But do you know why they feel relieved? It’s not because the action itself will solve their problem. It’s because taking action keeps them moving forward.
That’s right — life keeps moving. What matters is choosing the best choice available to you, moment by moment. Every human can make better choices when given the freedom to choose.
Now, what are you going to do today that brings you joy and happiness?
Remember — you are going to die. So go, and do something amazing with your life.
Quote I’m pondering
“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”
— Hamlet, Act II, Scene 2, William Shakespeare
Affirmation I used
Choice is the most powerful control I have in my life. I choose to choose.
