What I am reflecting?

Alright. It is now the so called New Year. This thought bubbled up in my mind. It quietly whispers to me this morning. It recalls back to the quote that I saw at Bruce Lee’s house.
Practice and simplicity. It might not be an easy journey for me to reach so far in life. Yet I’m not sure what is going to be in store for me in the future.
One thing for sure is that the next year is going to come and there is nothing that I can do to stop it, right. So I want to embrace it with my most focus and joy.
To make an enjoyable journey, it is to do something meaningful in life. Something that leads me forward and brings value to humanity.
Looking back at the practice of simplicity, I’ve been writing this newsletter to you for the past 34 weeks. It might not be perfect yet, but it is a great learning every week.
From the time I started, I remember following my virtual mentor Tim Ferriss’s advice to show up despite whatever.
I do not need to write a lengthy newsletter if I don’t want to. However, just writing some reflection that will be a great story and learning for you is enough.
You know what, right now this morning waking up, thoughts bubbled up in my mind giving me plenty of ideas and stories of what to write, and now I’m just sitting on the sofa typing on my phone whatever comes to my mind.
Practice what you love to do and over time you are going to get joy being really good at it.
